I’ve curated a 1-week detox program designed to prepare our bodies and minds for the new year, nurture our spirits, and take a moment to breathe deeply. The calm and peaceful nature of winter can sometimes feel overwhelming, leading us to feel tired, sluggish, or depleted. In fact, every season has the potential to either uplift or lower our mood. By aligning our nutritional and lifestyle choices more closely with seasonal changes, we can more easily sustain a natural balance.
During this program, we will discuss seasonal nutrition and detox processes, learn cleansing, easily digestible, and nutritious recipes, and complement these with breathwork and yoga practices. Additionally, I’ll be providing guidance to tailor the program according to your individual needs.
What Will You Learn?
- Ayurvedic and seasonal nutrition recommendations to optimize the digestive system and support this detox process, focusing on foods that strengthen our immunity and digestion during the winter season.
- Recipes that support natural healing functions.
- Yoga practices focusing on breathwork and poses to help repair and cleanse the body.
- Personal care practices, oils, and spices that help eliminate toxins from the body and balance our entire system.
