Spring is the ideal time for detox because our bodies are naturally ready to shed what we no longer need. Although our bodies are designed to cleanse and detoxify themselves, the stresses of modern life cause toxin buildup that impacts our overall health.
To get our bodies and minds ready for spring, heal our souls, and take a deep breath, we’ll talk about seasonal nutrition and detoxing, share recipes, and practice breathwork and yoga. This event is in collaboration with the green drink and healthy food brand Blended.
