After a decade in marketing, including managerial roles, I combined my expertise with my passion for yoga and well-being, launching my own venture to align my lifestyle with core values and life vision. Since becoming certified as a Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor and Ayurveda Practitioner in 2016, I have focused on promoting holistic well-being and mindfulness.
My goal is to create healthier, happier workplaces where individuals can perform at their best and reach their full potential.
