Movement Medicine

We can self-heal through movement and alignment. Considered a “moving meditation,” Vinyasa is about harmony and balance, grace and fluidity.

In this hip-opener based flow we will smoothly transition from pose to pose, with the intention of linking breath to movement and using movement as a medicine to heal ourselves.
