The Reset Journey: Ayurvedic Seasonal Detox for your Dosha

You’ll reconnect with your body, your meals, and yourself on a deeper level. You’ll discover what truly supports you, what you’re ready to release, and how to build a more conscious relationship with food. You will leave feeling lighter and glowing from the inside out.

Introduction & Planning Session (1hr): Ayurvedic Foundations & Preparation

This stage lays the foundation for your detox journey. We begin with a live Intro to Ayurveda & Detox Workshop, where you’ll learn the principles of Ayurvedic cleansing and how they support your unique body-mind type. You’ll receive full guidance on recipes, shopping, daily rituals and how to prepare your body, mind and kitchen. I’ll walk you through the 10-day plan so you feel informed and ready.

Days 1–3: Grounding 

This stage gently prepares your system for deeper cleansing. We start removing inflammatory foods and introduce nourishing Ayurvedic meals, herbs, and supportive routines. You’ll begin to feel grounded, focused, and more connected to your body.

1 Wellness Practice Session (Day 1, 1hr 15min): Calming yoga to activate digestion, ground energy, and set your detox intention.

Days 4–5: Making Space to Heal

This phase supports elimination and lightening. We reduce heavy oils, animal proteins and dense foods, while incorporating ginger-turmeric shots, digestive teas and light plant-based meals. You may feel clearer, lighter and more in tune with your body’s signals.

– 2 Wellness Practice Sessions (Day 4, 1hr 15min)): A yoga practice to support lymphatic flow and light circulation, followed by breathwork for internal release and emotional detox.

Days 6–7: Deep Cleansing

This is the most intensive stage. Meals are minimal, mostly soups, juices and warm herbal drinks to free up energy for deep repair. You may feel introspective, tender and emotionally clear.

2 Wellness Practice Sessions (Days 6 & 7, 1hr 15min each): Breathwork to deepen release and emotional reset, and a yin yoga + breathwork practice to balance the nervous system and enhance inner calm.

Days 8–10: Rebuilding 

This stage supports deep cellular repair and long-term balance. We slowly reintroduce grounding, nourishing foods to help you rebuild energy and restore digestion. You’ll feel stable, clearer, and more nourished ready to carry this rhythm forward.
