DENIZ ORBAY | FOUNDER, WELL-BEING CONSULTANT
Deniz Orbay is a Well-being Consultant, Yoga Instructor, and Ayurveda Practitioner based in Barcelona. With a decade of experience in marketing, she transitioned into wellness, merging her corporate experience with her passion expertise in holistic health.
Before diving into the world of wellness, she spent a decade in marketing, leading teams, managing global projects, and navigating the fast-paced corporate world. After a life-changing yoga class in 2013, she began to question what it truly meant to feel well and how she wanted to spend her time and energy.
In 2016, she became a certified Yoga Alliance Instructor, and in 2023, she completed her training as an Ayurveda Practitioner. Since then, she has been merging ancient wisdom with modern well-being, leading yoga classes, facilitating wellness days, speaking at events, and designing holistic programs for corporate teams and individuals across Turkey, Spain, and Europe.
Her well-being approach is based on a holistic life philosophy that focuses on a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Rooted in yoga, Ayurveda, and real life, her work is about rhythm, nourishment, and presence. She doesn’t offer quick fixes—she holds space for real reflection, meaningful rituals, and change that feels good. She believes that with the right tools and awareness, people can make more conscious choices, unlocking their full potential on both a personal and professional level.
Her mission is to empower corporations and individuals to prioritize well-being—not as a luxury, but as a way of living and working with purpose. Following this philosophy, she offers a wide range of services, including corporate wellness programs such as seminars, workshops, well-being days, stress management techniques, healthy eating advice, lifestyle development, and personalized well-being coaching. This holistic approach aims to improve productivity, happiness, and overall quality of life—both at work and in personal life.
When she’s not guiding a session or teaching yoga, you’ll find her hiking through nature, cooking for herself or friends, dancing, or enjoying the sunshine by the sea.
