Rebuild Your Habits for Better Digestion in 4-Weeks

A comprehensive Ayurvedic coaching journey focused on digestion-first principles, helping you build sustainable daily habits that truly support your system. It includes a dosha analysis, review of current habits, personalised nutrition, movement and lifestyle guidance, coaching sessions, tailored self-care rituals and practical tools for long-term change.

Before We Begin

You’ll complete a Dosha quiz and an in-depth intake form covering your digestion, daily routines, lifestyle and personal goals. We clarify your needs, define your goals and set the intention for your transformation. Based on this information, I prepare your personalized program framework.

Week 1: Kickoff Your Personal Plan & Nourishment

This first week sets the foundation for the entire journey.

We officially kick off the program with a 1:1 session where you receive your customized well-being plan, tailored to your lifestyle, Dosha and current imbalances. The plan includes Ayurvedic nutrition, daily routines and lifestyle guidance and we align on priorities, intentions and realistic action steps.

This week also includes The Soul Kitchen (1:1 Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop) to ground the work through food and daily practice.

Weeks 2-3: Habit Building & Support

These weeks focus on applying and strengthening your digestion-supportive habits. You actively follow your plan with consistent guidance and adjustments as needed, supported by weekly 30-minute 1:1 check-in sessions focused on refining nutrition, routines, movement, self-care and nervous system balance.

Week 4: Integration & Celebration

The final week is about integration, reflection and celebrating your progress. We review what has shifted, what supports your digestion best and how to continue these habits beyond the program. You’ll leave with clarity, confidence and a sustainable rhythm you can maintain independently.
