Rebuild Your Habits in 6-Weeks Journey: Complete Nutrition & Movement Plan
This 6-week 1:1 Well-being Coaching journey invites you to connect with your unique energy, explore your relationship with food, create new habits and release the ones that no longer serve you. You’ll reconnect with a more balanced version of yourself feeling aligned, nourished and clear. With practical tools, personalized recommendations and deeper awareness, you’ll learn what truly supports you and how to return to balance whenever you need to.
Week 1: Setting Needs and Goals
This week lays the foundation for your journey. We explore your current physical, emotional, and energetic state, clarify your needs, define your goals, and set the intention for your transformation.
– Introduction & Planning Session (30min): to begin your journey with clarity and aligned intentions.
Week 2: Your Personalized Plan
This week is all about creating your personal roadmap. You’ll receive your customized well-being plan, designed around your lifestyle and body-mind type. This plan includes Ayurvedic nutrition guidance, daily routines, recipes, meal ideas, sleep regulation and lifestyle habits designed to support your well-being.
– 1 Coaching Session per week (30min) to present your plan and answer all questions.
Weeks 3-5: Program Kickstart & Practice Integration
These weeks focus on applying and deepening your new habits. You’ll actively follow your well-being plan, adjusting where needed and receiving consistent support. Through rituals, movement, mindful eating and emotional check-ins, we support your system holistically. You’ll begin to feel more balanced, resilient and connected to your body and needs.
– 1 Coaching Session per week (30min, 1x/week) to track your progress and make personalized adjustments.
– 2 Wellness Practice Sessions per week (30min, 2x/week) (yoga, meditation, journaling, or breathwork) to integrate movement and awareness into your rhythm so you embody the changes and deepen your transformation.
Week 6: Integration & Next Steps
This final week is about reflection and decision-making. We review your journey, what has shifted, what worked and what you’re ready to carry forward. We celebrate your progress and shape a sustainable rhythm for your well-being, so the transformation continues beyond the program. You’ll feel more aligned, clear, and equipped with the tools, awareness and confidence to maintain your well-being.
– 1 Coaching Session (30min) to reflect, refine, and map the way forward.
– 2 Wellness Practice Sessions per week (30min, 2x/week) to close the program with presence and integration.
