The Recovery Journey: Holistic Nutrition Plan and Wellness Sessions

You’ll give yourself the space and support to heal, returning to balance after illness, burnout or antibiotic use. This program is designed to gently cleanse and restore your liver, lungs, and kidneys, will leave you feeling nourished and renewed.

Week 1: Setting Needs and Goals

This week is about laying the foundation for your recovery. We clarify where your system needs the most support, whether it’s after illness, antibiotics or long periods of stress and depletion. You’ll receive your structured 4-week recovery plan, along with personalized guidance to follow it with ease and intention.

– Introduction & Planning Session (1hr): to begin your journey with clarity and aligned intentions.

Weeks 2–3: Clearing The System

These two weeks are about deepening your recovery through consistent practice and personalized support. You’ll explore nourishing and cleansing routines, food, spices and supplements that reduce inflammation and rebuild energy. As your system resets, you’ll begin to feel more rested, centered, and gently recharged, returning to your natural energy and flow.

1 Coaching Session per week (1hr) to track progress, address changes, and refine your recovery path.

2 Wellness Practice Sessions (1hr 15min, 2x/week) (yin yoga or breathwork) to help your body release tension, build gentle energy and support emotional integration.

Week 4: Integration & Next Steps

This final week is dedicated to reflection and integration. We review what has shifted, what supported you most, and what you’re ready to carry forward. You’ll gain clarity on how to maintain your well-being with practical tools, routines, and awareness.

1 Coaching Session (1hr) to map your next steps and establish a sustainable rhythm.

1 Wellness Practice Session (1hr 15min) to close the process with clarity, inner calm, and embodied strength.
