This experience is a unique chance to step into your well-being journey with presence and personal guidance. You’ll have a morning of mindful practices to nourish your body and balance your unique mind-body type, dosha. Perfect for anyone seeking a more intentional way of living.
08:00 – 08:15 Welcome & Intention Setting
We begin the day with celery juice and a soft check-in to arrive. Through a short breathwork and journaling moment, we tune into how you’re feeling and what you’d like to receive from the day.
08:15 – 09:30 Personalized Yoga & Breath Practice
A wellness session combining breathwork, yoga and somatic awareness to support your dosha, energy and bring you back to your body-mind.
– 1 Wellness Practice Sessions (1hr 15min)
09:30 – 11:00 Conscious Cooking & Mindful Brunch
A hands-on cooking session where we prepare a healing Ayurvedic-inspired brunch tailored to your energy type. You’ll learn to build nourishing plates, support digestion, and bring more mindfulness to how you cook, eat, and connect with food.
11:00 – 12:00 Well-being Coaching Session
Final session where we reflect on your current habits, energy and needs to shape your well-being journey. We explore simple next steps, tools and goals for you to create sustainable habits and improve your overall well-being.
