The Yoga Flow Journey: Personalized 1:1 Sessions
Whether you’re new, returning or seeking more depth in yoga, this journey is for you. Each session is designed for your needs and Ayurvedic body type blending movement, breath and sensations, helping you reconnect with your rhythm and build a nourishing, regular practice.
Introduction & Planning Session (1 hr): Setting Goals and Needs
This session is the starting point of your journey where we clarify your current state, needs and intentions. We’ll begin with a mind-body dosha test and a well-being assessment to understand what you truly need from your practice. It’s an invitation to set meaningful intentions, so your yoga becomes a space to connect with what matters, observe yourself, deepen your practice and grow, on and off the mat.
Week 1: Foundation & Intention
This week is about grounding into your body and setting clear intentions for your practice on and off the mat. Through steady movement and breathwork, we begin to build consistency and awareness. Whether you’re reconnecting or deepening your path, this is where your rhythm begins. You’ll feel anchored, clear and ready to show up for yourself.
– 2 Yoga Flow & Breathwork Sessions (1 hr 15 min, 2x/week): to support grounding and emotional clarity.
Week 2: Awakening & Alignment
This week invites you to awaken the body with more conscious movement and refine your awareness of breath, transitions and energy. We’ll explore flowing with presence whether it’s through deeper postures, mobility or simply moving with more clarity. You’ll begin to feel more fluid, open and tuned to what your body needs.
– 2 Yoga Flow & Breathwork Sessions (1 hr 15 min, 2x/week): to support energy balance and inner awareness.
Week 3: Strength & Presence
This week is about building inner and outer strength through intentional movement, breath and focus. Expect deeper engagement, more dynamic flow and a chance to challenge yourself consciously. You’ll feel empowered, steady and more embodied in your practice.
– 2 Yoga Flow & Breathwork Sessions (1 hr 15 min, 2x/week): to cultivate focus, resilience, and strength.
Week 4: Depth & Integration
This week, we slow down to go deeper into breath, sensation and the emotional layers of the practice. Whether it’s longer holds, deeper breathwork or intuitive movement, it’s about integrating the shifts you’ve been cultivating. You’ll feel more connected to your inner world, more aware and more at ease.

Week 5: Flow & Gratitude
This week is about moving gracefully, intentionally and from the heart.
We’ll explore full-body flow, centered breath, and reflective moments that allow you to honor your journey. You’ll feel lighter, more aligned with your purpose, and deeply grateful for the space you’ve created for yourself.
