About Me

Based in Barcelona, I empower Corporations and Individuals to prioritize employee well-being, managing stress, enhancing focus, and improving overall health through tailored well-being programs and events, fostering personal and professional growth.
After a decade in marketing, including managerial roles, I combined my expertise with my passion for yoga and well-being, launching my own venture to align my lifestyle with core values and life vision.
My journey began with a marketing education and a decision to live in Italy, experiences that continue to shape and inspire both my professional and personal life. Key milestones include adopting a regular yoga practice, completing Yoga Teacher Training, and most recently, undertaking Ayurveda training in 2023.
Following a transformative yoga class in 2013, I recognized the importance of work-life balance, prioritized mindful choices, and committed to a regular yoga practice. Since becoming certified as a Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor and Ayurveda Practitioner in 2016, I have focused on promoting holistic well-being and mindfulness. While managing my corporate career, I shared my passion for yoga by instructing at esteemed studios and gyms across Turkey. During this period, I actively participated in and volunteered at premier global yoga events and festivals. As my lifestyle evolved, I launched my own venture to create a life more aligned with my core values.
My approach combines tailored programs that prioritize well-being and foster a positive work culture. Through seminars, workshops, and well-being days that include simple stress release techniques, guidance on nutrition and healthy life habits, yoga, meditation, breathing sessions, and discussions, participants gain self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, develop a proactive mindset, and feel better overall. This holistic approach equips individuals with practical information and simple tools, leading to personal and professional growth.
My mission is to understand the health needs of each individual and the company, and to create diverse methods to meet these needs. I believe with the right tools and awareness, people can make more conscious choices, unlocking their full potential to thrive on both personal and professional level.
