Program
Session 1: 10:00-10:30 — Focus
Begin your day with intention. A short introduction followed by a guided breathwork session will help you set a clear focus for the rest of the day.
Session 2: 12:00-12:15 — Center
Support your posture and spine with gentle stretches and movements. This session will help counteract the effects of long hours at the desk.
Session 3: 15:00-15:15 — Energize
A quick breathwork practice to reset your energy and mind during the afternoon slump, leaving you feeling recharged and refreshed.
Session 4: 16:00-16:15 — Reset
End the day with mindful movement and a short meditation, releasing any tension that’s built up and leaving you grounded and relaxed.
