What is a Well-being Program?

A personalized strategy to improve overall well-being by focusing on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and mental health. It includes tailored nutrition, lifestyle tips, sleep advice, physical activity, mindfulness, yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation, all aimed at achieving optimal health through consistent habits.

We assess your needs and goals to restore balance and I guide you towards sustainable well-being. 

Process

A tailored Personal Well-being Program helps individuals create a comprehensive self-care plan by identifying their needs and goals through strategic planning, collaboration, and ongoing evaluation.

1 - Introduction & Assessment

We assess your physical, mental, and emotional state to identify imbalances. Based on your needs and goals, I create a tailored holistic living program. Our initial session, where I explain this program and methods, lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

2 - Implementation

Over 1 to 3 months, depending on your goals and needs, we implement the program. Throughout this period, we monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments.

3 - Assessment

At the end of this process, we will conduct an evaluation meeting, discuss your results and create a sustainable plan for the next phase.
