Join us on a journey to connect and align with the rhythms of the seasons!

We will begin the morning with a heating and energizing breathwork and yoga practice designed to bring balance during the winter season. Following this, we’ll dive into Ayurvedic principles for winter nutrition and lifestyle. Together, we’ll explore practical tools to incorporate Ayurveda into your daily routines and gain a deeper understanding of how to harmonize your lifestyle with the season to support your overall well-being.

Through simple information and hands-on practices—including the use of spices, herbs, daily routines, and recipes—you will discover how small changes can help align with the cycles of nature and your inner rhythm, creating a more balanced and healthy life.

What You Will Learn:
Ayurvedic principles for winter nutrition and lifestyle, combined with a yoga practice to support natural rhythms.

Program:

  • 11:30-12:20: Yoga Flow: Winter Yoga and Pranayama Class (60 minutes)
  • 12:30-13:15: Ayurveda Talk: Nourishing and Grounding Ayurvedic Foods and Routines for Winter
    • Introduction to Ayurveda: A brief overview of Ayurveda’s basic principles—Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and their connection to the seasons.
    • Winter Season (Vata Season): Understanding the qualities of winter and its impact on our bodies and minds.
    • Ayurvedic Winter Tips: Simple daily practices to balance energy during the colder months.
  • 13:15-13:30: Q&A Session and Tea (15 minutes)
