Bloating after meals, disrupted sleep, relying on coffee to wake up and fluctuating energy levels are often signs of underlying imbalances in digestion, circadian rhythms and stress response.

After multiple endoscopies and chronic migraine attacks, I knew something had to change. Discovering Ayurveda and mindfulness transformed how I understand my body, energy and my relationship with food.

Today, I offer holistic well-being experiences and programs that bring Ayurvedic wisdom into daily life. Through 1:1 and group coaching, as well as corporate programs, I guide you to understand their unique body–mind patterns and build supportive, sustainable daily habits to restore digestion, improve sleep and increase energy using Ayurvedic nutrition and mindfulness-based practices.
